December 1 is the registration deadline for The Garden Club of NC trip to the Philadelphia Flower Show in March. More information here.
The Ways and Means Committee will be having a Bake Sale Extravaganza at our December meeting. Please bring your favorite holiday goodies to be auctioned: cakes, pies, jellies, jams, This will be a great opportunity to pick up a few treats for hostess gifts or to stock your pantry and freezer.
December 31 is the deadline to submit GCNC awards applications.

December 2, 10:00 a.m. - Decorate the Polk House
December 5, 4:30 p.m. - Youth Group activity at the Raleigh Grils Club
December 9, 9:00 a.m. - Winter Garden Maintanance at JCRA
December 13, 9:00 a.m. - Garden Therapy at First Presbyterian Church
December 14, 11:30 a.m. - Luncheon at Transitions LifeCare. Please have your food donation in the Conference Room by 11:15.
December 29, 10:00 a.m. - Take down decorations at Transitions LifeCare
December 30, 10:00 a.m. - Take down decorations at the Polk House
Guests welcome! Meetings are the first Wednesday of each month at 10:30-1:00, and are usually held at the NC State University Club (full details below). Meetings include a catered lunch so reservations must be made by the Wednesday before each meeting.
Reservations and Cancellations Required
To ensure we have enough seats, reservations are REQUIRED even if you choose "No Lunch", Guests can request a reservation here. Members reserve through your assigned caller. Our caterers charge for everyone who reserves a space. If you are unable to attend, please remember to cancel to avoid receiving an invoice.
Cost of Lunch
Lunch is $18.00. This includes a set-up fee of $2.00 per person for all who attend a meeting. Those requesting “no lunch” must still pay the $2.00 set-up fee. Please do not bring food or beverages of any kind to our luncheons. - this is a State Health Code violation.
