The Isabelle Mocktail

Recipe for "The Isabelle"

Ingredients:

●       Hibiscus Syrup: ½ oz

●       Winter Citrus Syrup: ½ oz

●       Cucumber Lime Juice: 3 oz

●       Water: 1 oz

●       Sparkling Water (La Croix Grapefruit): 2-3 oz to taste

●       Ice: To fill the cup about 2/3 full

●       Garnishes:

○   Cucumber slices: 1-2 slices per drink

○   Mint sprig: 1 sprig per drink

Notes: An edible flower would be a nice addition

Try different flavors of LaCroix sparkling water. I liked it with Mojito LaCroix. It added a bit more mint flavor

 

Where can I get the ingredients?

We used Monin brand Hibiscus and Winter Citrus Syrups

We used Pure Craft brand cucumber/lime concentrate (mixed as directed) with a little added Monin cucumber concentrate (~1 Tblsp per cup of mixed concentrate)

All ingredients are available at Webstaraunt.com. Monin products can be ordered from Amazon or directly from Monin online.

Don’t want to order everything. Try muddling 4 slices cucumber, 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice (a few mint leaves if desired) in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, hibiscus and winter citrus syrups, then shake. Adjust with water, LaCroix and simple syrup to your test.
